That is because they have hired the screenwriter Etan Cohen to rewrite the script for the third part of the tape in order to please the actor Bill Murray after previous failed screenwriters for his satisfaction.

They say third time lucky as no two without three, and a third writer, Etan Cohen, will take charge of rewriting the script for "Ghostbusters 3" after the earlier writers, Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky, would not get make the perfect script for one of the main protagonists of the previous two films, Bill Murray.

Etan Cohen has been the writer of "Men in Black 3", one of the major blockbusters of this year, but has also starred in movies like "Madagascar 2" and "Tropic Thunder".

Is difficult. Even second Ghostbusters did not seem as fun as the first , so it is difficult to make another sequel. The first was fun, was very funny, so it's hard for me ... ".

With this, Murray would not give for discarded shooting the third, but did not answer calls from the film's director nor those of his co-stars, and would return to the project if the script, which already are rewriting is good enough to please.

Similarly, another of the stars of the film, Dan Aykroyd confirmed the reworking of the script and the same feeling that Murray: "We have new writers working on it. Has to be perfect, that's the most important. It makes no sense we get to work unless it is perfect.".

This new script tries to reunite the original cast, consisting of Harold Ramis, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson.
