The death certificate of the American actress Natalie Wood, who died in 1981, has been changed in the month of June "accident" to "undetermined" as reported by local sources.
According to entertainment news website TMZ, the coroner of the County of Los Angeles made the changes last month to this document and informed the family of the actress about the same.
This reversal in the death certificate of the actress has been because the detectives said the change was made because of the bruises that had the body of Wood, which was inconsistent with death by drowning as previously notified the death of the actress.
Still, detectives said they still can not show definitively whether the death of Natalie Wood was an accident or a crime and indicated that it is not clear how ended the actress in the water.
The body of the interpreter was found floating in the Pacific off the coast of Los Angeles on November 29, 1981, when the actress was 43. Both Natalie and Robert Wagner and Christopher Walken. were at a party aboard a boat off Catalina Island (Los Angeles).
At first, the investigation determined that the actress, after drinking heavily and an argument with her partner, actor Robert Wagner wanted to make the yacht which was in a rubber dinghy but fell and drowned because Natalie could not swim.
But following that in 2011 published a book that argues that the death of Natalie Wood was involved in her husband Robert Wagner, the LAPD decided to study again what happened to the star of "West Side Story" in November after it reached his hands "reliable and credible" from "various sources" that raised new questions.
Natalie Wood was nominated for an Oscar three times and participated in such films as "Rebel Without a Cause" (1955) with actor James Dean and "Splendor in the Grass" (1961) with Warren Beatty.
