Justin Bieber drives to 99 mph to escape the paparazzi

http://www4.pictures.zimbio.com/fp/Justin+Bieber+Shines+Thru+Chick+fil+Selena+86UWh04d-0gl.jpgThe Canadian singer Justin Bieber has been subpoenaed to testify when he was arrested by police in California highway while driving over 99 mph on a highway between Los Angeles and Santa Monica run, supposedly, of the paparazzi cameras.

And this guy gives more trouble in matters of private life of his concerts and guest appearances on television, albeit in a radio show and had a fateful encounter with the speaker of a U.S. radio show.

But this time, the reason that back out the singer's name to the media is being detained by police in California highway when Justin drove over 99 mph on a road whose speed limit is between 56 mph and 75 mph. Supposedly, Justin Bieber was so fast running from the cameras of the paparazzi chasing him.

As discussed several witnesses, including nothing more and nothing less than a councilor of the city of Los Angeles: "Bieber was going like crazy. Constantly kept changing lanes in traffic, almost no place among the cars and he got".

A car tacky enough and dangerous enough as it relates to painting chrome car as this, in contact with sunlight, flash, and can cause an accident if the reflection of the paint hurts the vision of any other driver.

The council also said: "If I had been on patrol, it would have been arrested for reckless driving. I was going 60 mph and ran past me like a rocket, was crazy.".

Dennis Zine, who was a police officer for 18 years, was on Highway 101 when he saw Justin in his sports car Fisker Karma to 99 mph speed. Add the paparazzi driving irresponsibly on the road and at least four photographers around the vehicle appeared on the singer who just stopped.

Moreover Scooter Braun, Justin Bieber's manager gave him the car, told TMZ, "Councilman Zine is only looking for a title". He adds that Justin was summoned to go to 80 mph per hour and was being chased by paparazzi. He added a moment after being fined, the paparazzi Justin continued his pursuit and called 911.

Judicial sources said to TMZ that the California Highway Police is investigating the paparazzi for causing a dangerous situation.
