Actress Lindsay Lohan is back to escape from jail, yet again, after her lawyer has reached an agreement with the judge of a court in Los Angeles. Still, she has to meet a number of conditions that have been imposed mandatorily and she will have to meet if she doesn't wants jail time.
About an hour ago that the actress Lindsay Lohan has left the court in Los Angeles to face the trial that was pending for reckless driving and lying to police. Something that Lindsay Lohan has to have a pretty crazy and hectic morning. No media wanted to miss the moment of departure.
In the two hours the meeting lasted in court, after arriving 40 minutes late for losing two planes in New York and having to fly in a private jet, Lohan and his lawyer have reached a final agreement with the prosecutor, with Judge Dabney, who has led this case, and the District Attorney. Lindsay Lohan pleaded guilty to reckless driving and lying to police.
In this final agreement, according to information published by the entertainment website TMZ, Lindsay Lohan will have to spend 90 days in a rehabilitation center without permission to leave the center and unable to return home during this period although rehabilitation is doing in new York. To this we must add 30 days of community service in which she will be strictly monitored and 18 months of intensive psychotherapy. Something that Lohan should give effect if in the future she want to continue treading the street. But once again the actress who stars in "Scary Movie 5" has escaped jail.
In these conditions, the judge also warned her severely to meet another condition: "Do not drive". With the money problems that Lohan has with the IRS, she not be able to hire any driver that can be carried from one place to the other.
Finally, we say that Los Angeles judge should be a piece of bread because it also repealed the sentence of three months or 180 days that Lindsay Lohan was pending for violating probation in jewelry theft case and not to comply unlessthat she again break the law. Again she won the lottery. We'll have to wait and see how long she will be without committing another crime.
