According to information from the entertainment website The Hollywood Reporter, actors Robert De Niro and Shia LaBeouf would be in negotiations to star in a new Paramount film to be titled "Spy's Kid". Careful not to be confused with the series of films "Spy Kids", and that has nothing to do with it even in the plot of the new film project.

Both actors will become father and son, if all goes well and they agree with the script, to carry out a spy movie. So Paramount is moving expeditiously to have too, bound and tied, American film director D. J. Caruso. to take charge of "Spy's Kid" and working again with Shia LaBeouf as it did in "Transformer" and "Disturbia".

In the style of the dramatic comedy "Catch Me If You Can", "Spy's Kid" is based on a story inspired by an article by reporter Bryan Denson published in 2011 in six installments in The Oregonian, whose rights Paramount has been done with them. It will treat about the true story of how a covert CIA agent, Jim Nicholson, with a high rank in the government organization, ended up betraying his country to then train their own son, Nathan, to continue with his work in selling secret to the Russians.

Scott Glassgold and Raymond Brothers of IAM Entertainment will be those who take charge of the production of "Spy's Kid".
