As expected, the Outstanding Comedy Series went to "Modern Family" (ABC), for the fourth time. They say the third time's the charm, but this time was the fourth, in which, at last, has been chosen "Breaking Bad" for Outstanding Drama Series. Patience is the mother of all sciences.
